As a part of the ARRAKIS Platform, we have developed a series of services that allow you to deliver real-time disruption information to your customers using your own customer app.

  • Supports one-off alerts when a customer purchases a ticket from you for one of your services

ARRAKIS APIs

  • ARRAKIS APIs allow complete control over registration from your customer app and/or website.

  • A further ARRAKIS API provides a long-form version of personalized disruption (based on the customers criteria),
    as well as text for a notification, which can be delivered to their phone by your app provider.

Our Web Service Includes

  • Train-specific information (cancellations, delays, alterations, and short formations) where services have been amended within the time window specified by the customer.

  • Route information including, optionally, details of which services within the customer’s defined window may be affected by the infrastructure issue.
