Read & Unread Messages come to ARRAKIS

At Nexus Alpha communication is at the heart of our services, which is why with every update of the ARRAKIS App and Portal we provide our clients with detailed user guides, explaining what’s new across the platform.

The Product Owners and Development teams take pride in always thinking ahead - constantly trying to improve the user experience and functionality of the ARRAKIS platform. The latest updates to the ARRAKIS App and Portal include syncing across both platforms allowing the user to see which messages they have read/unread across both platforms – this is indicated with a blue dot for unread messages, that disappears in sync for read messages.

Our latest feature brings clarity to end users by enabling them to clearly discern which messages they’ve seen and providing the ability to reset them as unread. This empowers users to revisit messages and engage with greater control and confidence.
