Bank Station Information, BANK: No step free access between street level and Docklands Light Railway due to a faulty lift.

Borough Station Information, BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

Multiple Stations Information, BANK / MONUMENT STATION: Very limited interchange due to escalator work until further notice. Passengers are advised to use the nearest alternative interchange stations; Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. To prevent overcrowding Central and Northern Line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks.

Heathrow Terminals 1-2-3 Station Information, HEATHROW TERMINALS 123 STATION: A reduced escalator service until late June 2009.

Mark Jones Support Department I joined Nexus Alpha in May 2000. I am responsible for the day to day running of the support department. My main roles are to ensure that we provide a high level of support to our clients 24 hours a day and that all problems are resolved quickly. I work very closely with the Tyrell development team to ensure the new features and various functionality required are of great use to our customers. In my spare time, I watch and buy too many films. I also enjoy the odd UnrealTournament, and those who wish to challenge us should let me know.

M2M

The specification, versatility, GPRS communication and low power demand of Hermes makes the unit ideal for remote monitoring – it can easily be solar powered and is designed to be left unattended for years at remote locations and in hostile environments. When linked to the backroom servers and the messaging capability of Tyrell, Hermes is an ideal front end for an entire M2M service.

Hermes can manage or monitor just about anything: the unit features Argonet, an RS485 connection bus, onto which may be attached a host of different elements. The bus can be used to manage third party hardware and to measure any number of attributes. The data can then be relayed back to the base software over any available network or over GPRS via our own GPRS gateway.

The system can monitor and/or control:

·         Fans
·         Voltage supplies
·         Battery charging
·         Light levels
·         Sound levels
·         System functions
·         Temperatures
·         Humidity
·         almost any specialist sensor or control may be added as required.

Using the Nexus Alpha backroom systems, the data may be analysed and the results used to trigger alerts via SMS, web, wap, fax or e-mail as required. Remote access to database reports can be configured.

Hermes makes it possible for us to offer an extremely flexible and intelligent M2M system capable of monitoring, control, automated alerting and much more. And all this can be installed using solar and wind power!
