JourneyCheck Alerts Lite
JourneyCheck Alerts Lite was specifically designed for transport operators where services are sufficiently regular that messages about specific service cancellations, alterations or delays are not required.
Instead, members of the public who register for alerts will be informed when there is severe disruption, with all users being sent the same information.
However, those registering can indicate at what time they would like to be alerted, what the "interest window is" (in other words, the time-range in which they are looking to catch a service), and which days of the week they are interested in.
Alerts are only sent out when there is disruption.
JourneyCheck Alerts Lite is therefore a highly flexible messaging application that allows users to register to receive disruption information at a time and in a method of their own choosing.
The input is controlled by Tyrell, our Control Room system used for capturing and sending out service disruption messages.
