TyrellCheck for Control

TyrellCheck

TyrellCheck is a web based version of Tyrell that is accessible via a corporate Intranet or via the public Internet. It can only be accessed by authorised users, and if the point of access cannot be automatically determined, a secure user name and password is required.

In this way anybody (with access rights) throughout the entire company - or others outside the company to whom you have given passwords - can view your current messaging.

Messages that are already being sent using Tyrell appear on TyrellCheck without any additional workload by staff.

As well as the customer-facing disruption messages associated with JourneyCheck and JourneyCheck Alerts, TyrellCheck also displays all operational messages sent by Tyrell.

TyrellCheck features automatic refresh, and displays the last two hours of messages by default. Messages from earlier in the day (or indeed from up to three months previously) can be viewed by simply changing the filter options. The default view is cleared at 0200hrs each day, providing staff with a fresh view each morning of the current incidents.

TyrellCheck can be branded to have the client's corporate identity.

Those logging into TyrellCheck can also to send files and submit messages via secure accounts. These users can be managed by a system administrator with “super user access”. In this way, anybody with access to TyrellCheck can then download these files and view these messages.

A recent enhancement allows users to send messages for inclusion into other clients' TyrellCheck solutions. As a result, details about severe disruption sent by one rail operator can be made available throughout another operators' business. Operator One sends the messages for inclusion in Operator Twos' TyrellCheck.

Details about major disruption can therefore be made available across multiple TOCs on a "need to know" basis eliminating both "no information availability", and "information overload".
